Sometimes it’s all overwhelming. What needs to be done. What’s not getting done. What seems impossible to do.
It’s too much to think about. Denial sets in. If you pretend it isn’t the way it is, maybe it isn’t.
Seems easier this way. Find a website or YouTube video or app, then another and another. Watch TV, then another episode and another.
None of it helps. It must be faced head on. Dealt with to accomplish the seemingly impossible feat.
But not now. Now is the time for sleep.
